Purpose

Lodestone Preservation Society (LPS) was established to acquire, maintain, and manage a portfolio comprised of land, facilities, and assets to support non-profits and small businesses, promoting social good through property preservation initiatives.

We partner with investors, land owners, small businesses, and non-profits to create land preservation and property management opportunities with education at the core of every LPS project.

Vision

We believe that accessible housing, creative workspaces, and supportive communities should be the standard. LPS is collaborating with BIG Communities, local investors, businesses and community partners to create those opportunities.

Land preservation, land stewardship, and education are at the core of every LPS property, or project, that benefits from the use of LPS properties and resources.
